My 21 Day DO-IT menus are designed to simplify the decision making process when it comes to meal planning. I’ll give you 3 simple menus with complete shopping lists. The recipes are easy to prepare and can easily be made for one or for an entire family. You can easily modify the menus to accommodate any food sensitivity or preference.
